Putten, Netherlands – 30 October, 2018 – Vanenburg Software, an independent software and services organization, announced that their chairman and co-founder Jan Baan won De Gouden Computable Award. Computable celebrates its fiftieths anniversary this year, and therefore granted this special prize. The nominees consisted of persons and organizations that have had a great influence on the Dutch IT-industry in the last fifty years. With Baan Company, Jan Baan was the second largest ERP-player in the world. Clients as Boeing and Ford were in Baan’s portfolio. Nowadays, with Vanenburg Software he is combining groundbreaking innovations as Internet of Things and Machine Learning with Smart Process Applications.
